Not too many as I do not want to stay out my welcome! I have included the start of our journey. Currently, I am writing this Whilst having a wonderful time with my Brother and Sister in law in Germany. Last night we had a wonderful family get together in Kerkrade, Holland - I have more pictures to show - theywill Appear at another time.

So here is how our journey began:

Here you can see Frits enjoying his Eggs Benedict with Salmon breakfast. Mine was good too! There was a terrific storm with torrential rainfall Which We were so lucky to miss, this all happened the evening synthesis werewolf pictures taken. Which is why the Opera House and The Bridge look a little on the gray side!

The next part of our trip was to New York. More on what we did and a few pictures in my next post.

I wanted to acknowledge the birthday of my two sisters today. Before I left Australia I sent them Their birthday cards; I know they arrived far too early, I wanted to Ensure They would have them in plenty of time to open today. I made two similar but different cards. This fits as Although They are very different people They Are Actually twins!

Here they are:

Here is the lilac / pink version. It was the first of the two did I made.  I used a few Sue Wilson dies including this background, a striplet die, the the faux quilled leaves die and the open and closed daisies dies.

The Happy Birthday sentiment is an Elizabeth Craft Design die.

I placed wide double sided tape around the outside of the card and then sprinkled some fine art institute glitter and burnished it into the tape.

On this version of the card I used a  double sided sticky sheet then Applied Iced Snow on the outer edge and some pale green fine art institute glitter under the background the.

The cardstock I used for both cards came from an American Crafts 12 x 12 cardstock pad.

I mixed and matched the colors of the layers making the cards look a little different.

Here you can see a closer view of the Sue Wilson striplet love and how I layered everything together. The oval in the center is from one of the Austrian this. In Sue's collection of the same name.

The flowers are so simple to make and look so effective. The faux leaves make searching a nice finishing touch! Hardly Surprising that this is what Sue Wilson called this collection.
